Can we create a completely custom luggage shell?＋
Yes. A proprietary shell requires construction, CAD, tooling and validation. We can also work semi-custom with an existing foundation and custom colours, surfaces, embossed details and components.
Which shell material should we choose?＋
PP, ABS, PC and aluminium have different characteristics in weight, durability, expression, investment and target price. We recommend a material based on use, positioning, volume and market.
How is luggage quality tested?＋
The control plan is adapted to the product and may cover wheels, trolley and carry handles, drop, load, zips, locks, materials and finish. Relevant requirements and documentation are defined before production.
Can you develop several sizes in the same range?＋
Yes. Cabin, medium and check-in sizes can be developed as a family with shared design language, components, colours and interior solutions.
